A Spanish Pantry Exhibition in Vietnam

In June, Classic Fine Foods Vietnam took part in the Open Day 2024, a Food and Wine Exhibition highlighting the finest Spanish flavors, at the Caravelle Saigon Hotel. Themed "A Spanish Pantry Exhibition," the event drew a diverse audience, including chefs, restaurant owners, supermarket representatives, distributors, wine experts, and food enthusiasts. 

Visitors to the event were introduced to some distinguished Spanish brands: La Prudencia, Iberico ham and salted pork leg - Iconic Spanish delicacies known for their delicious and rich flavors. Olmeda Origenes, Spanish cheeses and tuna in oil - Perfect for salads, tapas, or pizzas. Peixos De Palamos,  Breaded fish balls - A light and flavorful dish, easy to prepare and suitable for all ages. Castillo De Canena, Spanish olive oil. Plaza Del Sol, Lemon juice and Whole Piquillo Peppers
