Nicolas Berger - Discovery of Chocolate

In February Classic Fine Foods UK, along with renowned chocolate artisan Nicolas Berger held a “Discovery of Chocolate” event. This was hosted by Roger Pizey , Executive Head Pastry Chef at the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Studio

Among the guests were many pastry chefs from all over London eager to discover as much as they can about the artisan chocolates from Nicolas Berger. They had the immense pleasure of tasting a delectable menu crafted by some fantastic host chefs: Roger Pizey (Executive Head Pastry Chef at Fortnum & Mason), Alex Fubini (Co-Founder at The Ice Cream Union), Thanos Linardakis, (Pastry Chef), Sekher Rock (Baker at KAYU Bakehouse), Gwenael Girard, (Executive Pastry Chef at Pavyllon London) and Jeremy Chan (Chef and Co-founder at Ikoyi London).  

Nicolas Berger provided the high-quality chocolate couvertures to the chefs, and with his professional skills and knowledge guided the chefs to create truly special creations. Nicolas Berger’s goal is “to provide chocolate makers, pastry chefs and restaurateurs with exceptional couverture chocolates with which they can express all their creativity, which is as unique as it is personal.”
