Michelin Guide Ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City

On June 27th, the glamorous Michelin Guide Ceremony was held in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting chefs, restaurateurs, and culinary experts from all over the region. The new 2024 Edition of the Michelin Guide was unveiled, highlighting the culinary excellence of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang. This prestigious event was a celebration of Vietnam's evolving gastronomic landscape and a testament to its burgeoning status on the global culinary stage. 



Classic Fine Foods Vietnam was honored to participate as a proud Event Supporter, playing a key role in this milestone event. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry leaders and showcase our exceptional range of ingredients that contribute to the rich tapestry of flavors and quality in the region's cuisine. 

During the ceremony, our team proudly presented a wide array of premium products from renowned brands. These included La Maison Rougié, known for its luxurious French foie gras; Jamón Joselito and Marcial Castro Ibéricos, both celebrated for their exquisite Iberico ham; La Maison du Fromage, offering a selection of authentic French AOP cheeses; and Bridor, featuring an array of artisanal breads and viennoiseries. Our booth became a vibrant hub of activity, where visitors indulged in the rich flavors and exceptional quality of our offerings, and we were thrilled to share our passion for gourmet ingredients with such an esteemed audience.
