Indonesian National Butchery & Cooking Competition

Classic Fine Foods Indonesia was proud to be involved in the organization of The Indonesian National Butchery and Cooking Competition, alongside Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), Stockyard Beef, and the Queensland Government. The competition aims to enhance both aspiring and professional chefs' butchery and cooking skills, elevating Indonesian culinary talents internationally. 

For Classic Fine Foods Indonesia, this competition holds significance as it emphasizes the primary category of beef, addresses the lack of butchery education in schools, and aligns with the Classic Fine Foods' commitment to technical support for category development. 

The competition was hosted in different cities: Jakarta, Bali, Yogyakarta and Bandung and featured 2 categories "Professional Chef" and "Student/Young Chef". The Grand Final was hosted in Jakarta. 

The Winners in the Student/Young Chef Category went to Team Akademi Pariwisata NHI Bandung with Michael Reinhard and Malik Fahmi. The Professional Category Winners went to Team Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua, led by Ari Wibawa and Krisna Putra Dita, showcasing outstanding culinary expertise, which has brought them to become both regional and national winners.
