Galette des Rois

Classic Fine Foods UK and their partner Isigny Sainte-Mère recently celebrated the Galette des Rois event at The Connaught Hotel (London). The galettes were made by The Connaught Executive Pastry Chefs Nicolas Rouzaud and Jerome Beraudo together with Classic Fine Foods UK Pastry Chef, Denis Dramé MCA.

They made two mouth-watering versions of the galette, one traditional and one chocolate! Both delicious and decorated with their famous ‘Connaughty Hound’.  
For the event, the best pastry chefs in London, along with partners and friends were in attendance, enjoying some canapes and drinks before tasting the delicious galettes.
