Butcher Masterclass with Calvin Gung

Our team at Classic Fine Foods Hong Kong & Macau recently collaborated with Meat & Livestock Australia and our esteemed supplier Stockyard to host a Butcher Masterclass featuring Senior Technical Specialist Calvin Gung. 

Calvin imparted his exceptional expertise and techniques for selecting, preparing, and perfectly cooking flavorful secondary cuts. 

The masterclasses took place at TheTasteLab in Hong Kong, as well as at MGM and Sands in Macau. We extend our gratitude to Calvin, Meat & Livestock Australia, and our partner Stockyard for making this event a success!
